A strong leader with 3+ years in automotive sales/finance is preferred; weekends may be required.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years Automotive Sales or Finance Management experience.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Results-driven with high energy and motivation.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and dealership operations.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends.
