Hertrich Family of Dealerships is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager/Desk Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive profitability across a multi-dealership network.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years Automotive Sales or Finance Management experience.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Results-driven with high energy and motivation.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and dealership operations.
- Used car buying/appraising experience is a plus.
- OEM certifications are a plus.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends.
- High School Diploma or GED required (College degree a plus).
Responsibilities
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Drive results through effective sales strategies and accountability.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.
- Structure deals and oversee paperwork and compliance.
- Maximize profitability on every transaction.
- Assist with finance operations as needed.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve dealership goals.
