Job summary

Hertrich Family of Dealerships in Delaware seeks an experienced Automotive Sales Manager/Desk Manager to lead a high-performing sales team and drive profitability.

You will structure deals, oversee paperwork, coach staff, and collaborate with the GM to meet dealership goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Strong leadership, 3+ years in automotive sales or finance management, and CRM knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years Automotive Sales or Finance Management experience.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Results-driven with high energy and motivation.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and dealership operations.
• Used car buying/appraising experience is a plus.
• OEM certifications are a plus.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends.
• High School Diploma or GED required (College degree a plus).
