Job summary

Morrie’s Auto Group in Onalaska, WI is seeking an experienced automotive operations leader to manage the Morrie’s Onalaska Volkswagen Audi store. You will guide sales processes, oversee profitability and customer satisfaction, and drive store performance through the management team.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of automotive management experience, strong communication skills, and a track record in desking and closing deals.

Qualifications

• College degree in Business Administration, Business Management or a related field preferred.
• Proven communication skills (verbal and written).
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total store operations including staff development and profitability.
• Utilize reports and trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Hire, train and promote employees to support store growth and performance.
• Lead senior management in setting strategy and ensuring execution.
