Aloha Kia Airport, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is seeking a Sales Manager who aligns with our core values and acts with respect, integrity, growth, humility and teamwork.

Looking for a problem solver with a strong drive for results, mentoring abilities, and a collaborative, persuasive communication style; prior sales manager or F&I experience preferred; high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid in-state driver's license with good driving record
• References available upon request
• Prior sales manager or F&I experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Sales Advisors by setting clear goals and coaching to achieve optimal results
• Lead by example and help Sales Advisors close deals; develop improvement programs for those not meeting objectives
• Promotes teamwork by developing and mentoring Sales Advisors
• Make recommendations regarding car inventory needs and assist in advertising campaigns and promos
• Follow up on all leads to maximize ROI on online marketing initiatives
