• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly sales forecasts and maintain gross profit targets.
• Organize all sales activities for the New Car Sales department.
• Recruit, hire and develop a retail sales team.
• Build positive relationships with customers and partners.
• Maintain inventory and stay current with rebates and incentives.
• Forecast monthly sales and expenses with leadership.
