South Charlotte Chevrolet is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead front-end sales operations and coach a team of Sales Consultants. The role focuses on driving performance, accountability, and customer satisfaction within a high-volume dealership environment.

You will mentor staff, manage sales processes, and collaborate on forecasting, inventory, and team development to deliver top-tier buying experiences and growth.

Qualifications

• Proven dealership sales management experience.
• Strong track record of mentoring and coaching sales associates.
• Clear communicator with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Clean driving record and valid Driver’s License.
• Willing to complete background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work a full-time, flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales floor with discipline, energy, and clear daily goals.
• Guide the sales process from greeting to close with your team.
• Coach consultants on sales tactics, deal structure, and customer reading.
• Close deals when needed while empowering others to own wins.
• Facilitate regular training to improve product knowledge, EQ, and handling objections.
• Foster a high-performance, team-first culture grounded in accountability and communication.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, and pipeline health daily.
• Build rapport with customers to ensure top-tier buying experiences.
