Bergey’s Chevrolet- Colmar, PA, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the Sales department, drive profitability, and ensure excellent customer service. The role requires training and coaching sales associates, monitoring CRM activity, and enforcing the dealership sales process to maximize close ratios.

Responsibilities include conducting regular performance reviews, guiding staff on calls and videos, and coordinating with finance to finalize deals while maintaining compliance and high customer

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Pre-employment background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Trains, motivates, and counsels Sales Associates.
• Monitors performance of Sales team using Vin Solutions reports and Insights.
• Conducts weekly One-on-Ones with Sales staff.
• Ensures CRM tasks are followed and deals are desked per processes.
• Coaches staff on phone calls and customer service.
• Foresees and communicates monthly sales goals; uses sales calculators and reports.
• Collaborates with New Vehicle and Used Vehicle Sales Managers.
• Ensures proper turn-over from sales to finance and accounting.
