Job Description:

The Sales Consultant is the primary customer-facing role in the sales department and a direct driver of dealership revenue. This position requires strong communication skills, a consultative approach to selling, and a genuine commitment to the customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers throughout the sales process
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right vehicle
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships
• Work with the Sales Manager and F&I team to complete transactions
• Negotiate and close vehicle sales
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through delivery
