Qualifications

• Previous dealership and management experience required.
• Minimum 2 Years of Automotive Sales Management Experience.

• Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds preferred.
• Leadership and training skills for staff.
• Energetic, high-energy sales days.
• Goal-oriented, friendly, especially when pricing negotiations.
• Attention to detail and problem solving capabilities.
• Quality customer service, communication, computer and basic math skills.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
