• Lead Management:Assign and manage leads effectively to maximize engagement and conversion, transforming interest into showroom visits while teaching your team to do the same.
• Collaboration:Conduct weekly 30-minute meetings and dailyone-on-ones with salespeople to enhance lead engagement and foster teamwork.
• Deal Structuring:Utilize your expertise to work deals and drive sales success, minimizing the lag time from customer inquiry to sending information, with a strong focus on securing appointments.
• Follow-Up:Ensure timely follow-ups on leads. The candidate must be comfortable calling customers and have demonstrated the ability to handle calls effectively.
