Job summary

Hertz is seeking an Automotive Sales Manager in Lynn, MA to lead the retail sales team, manage the sales process, finance handling, and omni-channel operations. The role includes achieving CRM targets, coaching staff, and driving high customer service scores.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team, including scheduling, interviewing, hiring, and performance management
• Drive CRM metric performance: Activities per lead, Appt Set 20%+, Appt Shown 75%+, Close 17%+
• Support Digital Retailing initiatives (Rent2Buy, Upstream, Amazon, and other Partners)
• Ensure completion of Finance deal packages; work with Sales Consultants on finance processing and metrics; support the Finance and Insurance process
• Train Sales Staff in customer interaction and processes; support inventory and omni-channel sales; maintain high customer service scores (NPS) and store compliance

Automotive Sales Manager

Manage retail business including sales process, finance, and sales team. Assist in the management of all other store processes as needed and support omni-channel sales.

Wage: Hourly wage plus sales based commissions averaging per year $85,681/yr , specifically $17.00/hr + anticipated average commissions of $50,321/yr.

What You’ll Do:

Sales:

• Manage and lead the sales team.

• Drive strong CRM metric performance and accountability.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 years’ experience in Car Sales.
• Experience in auto dealership or auto financing preferred.
• 1 year of management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience in car sales management.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple functions and locations.
