Job summary

The Hertz Corporation seeks an Automotive Sales Consultant to drive the sales and finance process while delivering superior customer service. You will support lot operations, omni-channel sales, and CRM activity to sustain high NPS scores and strong paperwork quality.

You will also help with vehicle photography, transporting cars, and ensuring incoming inventory is checked in, contributing to a seamless customer experience and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; car sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required to operate and transport vehicles.
• Demonstrates goal orientation and data-driven performance awareness.
• Proven ability to deliver strong customer service and sales results.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the sales and finance process with customers.

Job description

The Automotive Sales Consultant

facilitates the sales & finance process, provides excellent customer service, supports lot operations and omni-channel sales. Fully execute sales process, achieve monthly sales targets, maintain strong CRM output and quality. Continuous utilization of all trained sales skills, maintaining clean paperwork and missing documents recovery, support the finance process to achieve strong Finance & Insurance PVR. Support vehicle photography, deliver cars to partner hubs as needed, support lot organization and merchandising, transport cars as needed, ensure all incoming vehicles are properly checked in and provide excellent customer service and support strong NPS scores.

Wage:

Hourly wage plus sales based commissions averaging per year $59,767, specifically $12.00/hr + anticipated average commissions of $34,807/yr.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent Car Sales Experience, valid Drivers’ License, capable of delivering support and results, able to succeed in a global matrix organization, goal oriented, identify and support business needs.
• VALID Sales License Required for The Following States: Arkansas, Nevada, California, North Carolina, Colorado, Ohio, Hawaii, Oklahoma, Idaho, Pennsylvania, Kansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, Utah, Louisiana, Virginia, Maryland, Washington DC, Massachusetts, West Virginia, Nebraska, and Wisconsin.
