Responsibilities

• Make initial calls, send personalized emails, and confirm appointments.
• Greet customers, assess needs, and present the right vehicle with manager support.
• Demonstrate vehicles, facilitate paperwork, and deliver vehicles.
• Complete follow-up and generate referrals to maintain customer contact.
• Sign customers up for their first service appointment at delivery.
