Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Strong knowledge of financing options and lending practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple transactions.

Responsibilities

• Create monthly projections of vehicle requirements by department for the next 90 days.
• Forecast monthly and yearly unit sales, gross profit, and departmental profits.
• Sell financing, insurance products, and extended warranties to customers.
• Establish and maintain relationships with finance sources and factory programs.
• Submit paperwork to finance sources and obtain approvals on deals.
• Meet with salespeople daily to review results and plan actions.
• Lead sales meetings and coordinate pre-delivery with the Service Manager.
• Provide rate quotations and log sales income.
• Verify insurance, deposits, and trade payoff with customers.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of financing options and lending practices.
