You will lead daily sales operations, collaborate with service and inventory teams, and implement training to grow the team’s capabilities while maintaining integrity and a client-first approach.

• Manage inventory, price changes, vehicle descriptions and photos.

• Hire, coach, and monitor performance of the sales team.
• Responsible for management of new and used car inventory and profitability.
