Job summary

VanDevere Auto Group in Akron, OH is seeking motivated automotive sales professionals to engage with guests, understand their needs, and guide them through test drives and vehicle selections. You will manage follow-ups, appointments, and paperwork, contributing to a high-energy, family-oriented environment.

• Daily phone calls to follow up with existing customers and set appointments.
• Greet guests and address their automotive needs and goals.
• Test drive vehicles with guests highlighting the features and benefits of each.
• Facilitate the completion of all related paperwork.

Responsibilities:

• Daily phone calls-following up with existing customers and setting appointments for new or existing customers.
• Greet guests and address their automotive needs and goals.
• Test drive vehicles with guests highlighting the features and benefits of each.
• Facilitate the completion of all related paperwork.
• Engage in educational content through training videos.
• Remain knowledgeable of product inventory.
• Work independently while also being able to team up with co-workers to ensure thorough customer service.
• Act professionally and be friendly with everyone including your team and customers.

Expected Total Compensation

$60,000-$100,000, with Top Performer earning $150,000
