Job summary

Rairdon's Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Monroe in Monroe, WA seeks an Automotive General Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive performance, and mentor staff. The role offers a compensation plan with commission and bonus potential as part of a full-time package.

You will oversee hiring, training, and development of automotive sales personnel, set aggressive targets, and ensure excellent customer service and closing effectiveness in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Dealership management experience preferred.

• Proven ability to coach and close sales.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and develop a team of automotive salespeople.
• Coach salespeople on closing deals and mentor to improve performance.
• Set sales goals, track progress, and lead the team to quotas.
• Assist customers in selecting a vehicle and explain product benefits.
• Demonstrate and present new/used vehicles to customers.
• Overcome objections, close sales, and follow company standards.
• Provide training and support to staff and help close deals.
