Stevens Point Auto Center is hiring for a Parts Associate to manage the parts sales process from inquiry to delivery. You will read parts catalogs, quote prices, and ensure correct pricing in line with service estimates while maintaining strong communication with customers and staff.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a solid background in parts or automotive service settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred Ford Parts experience a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to calculate figures including discounts, commissions and percentages.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Communicate with customer on parts status.
• Interact with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Read and understand the parts catalog when looking up parts.
• Provide price quotes and other information over the phone.
• Review body shop estimates to ensure correctness and price alignment.
• Pull and fill orders from stock and manage weekly stock checks.
• Notify Parts manager of out-of-stock parts requiring attention.
