You will review pricing, trade valuations, and lender options, work directly with customers, and help achieve sales and CSI goals. A strong leadership presence and CRM/DMS proficiency are essential.
Qualifications
- 3+ years automotive sales leadership experience in a dealership.
- Proven success desking deals and driving profitability.
- Strong understanding of finance, lender programs, and trade appraisals.
Responsibilities
- Drive dealership sales performance by supporting and leading the daily sales process.
- Structure vehicle deals to maximize gross profit while ensuring customer-focused presentations.
- Coach sales associates and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Review and approve deal structures, pricing, lender options, and payment scenarios.
- Collaborate with Finance Managers to facilitate smooth deal flow and timely deliveries.
- Monitor daily sales activity, showroom traffic, and lead conversion.
