Qualifications

• 3+ years of automotive sales leadership experience in an OEM dealership.
• Proven ability to desking deals and drive sales profitability.
• Strong understanding of finance, lender programs, and trade appraisals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the sales team to improve closing ratios and customer satisfaction.
• Structure vehicle deals to maximize gross profit while presenting competitive options.
• Coach sales consultants on product knowledge, CRM usage, and sales techniques.
