Job summary

Hertrich Family of Dealerships is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager/Desk Manager to lead a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced dealership network.

You will drive results with proven sales strategies, oversee deals and paperwork, and collaborate with the General Manager to achieve dealership goals. This leadership role offers aggressive pay plan, full benefits, and opportunities across 24 dealerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years Automotive Sales or Finance Management experience
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Results-driven with high energy and motivation
• Knowledge of CRM systems and dealership operations
• Used car buying/appraising experience is a plus
• OEM certifications are a plus
• Flexible schedule, including weekends
• High School Diploma or GED required (College degree a plus)
