Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred but not required.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable with CRM tools, email campaigns, social media, and online sales platforms.
• Strong time management to handle multiple leads, appointments and follow-ups.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to track deals and customer preferences.
• Empathy to understand customers' needs and build trust.
• Ability to solve problems and offer solutions during the sales process.
• Patience with customers who are not ready to buy immediately.
• Networking to build a broad customer base and referrals.
• Motivation and goal orientation to meet monthly quotas and targets.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that includes Saturdays and some holidays.
