Joe Cooper Easy Credit Auto in Midwest City, OK is seeking motivated Automotive Sales Consultants to join our team. We welcome applicants with enthusiasm, customer focus, and a strong work ethic; prior automotive sales experience is helpful but not required as training is provided.

You will build relationships, explain financing options, and work a retail schedule including evenings and Saturdays to help customers find reliable transportation within our Cooper Auto Group.

Qualifications

• Previous commissioned sales experience is a plus.
• Automotive sales experience not required; strong sales aptitude and customer-service ability acceptable.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow a structured sales process.
• Ability to work a retail automotive schedule, including evenings and Saturdays.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budgets.
• Build relationships with customers and provide an outstanding buying experience.
• Explain available financing options and help customers navigate the purchasing process.
• Follow up with prospective customers and develop repeat and referral business.
• Maintain product knowledge and a professional sales environment.
• Work collaboratively with management and team members to achieve sales goals.
