You will conduct test drives, negotiate sales ethically, and help with delivery, documentation, and product knowledge. This role rewards strong communication, customer service, and a proven sales mindset.

Qualifications

• Commissioned sales experience preferred; automotive experience not required if you show strong sales aptitude.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve measurable performance goals.
• Willingness to work a retail automotive schedule, including evenings and Saturdays.
• Valid driver's license and driving record as required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs, preferences, budget, and vehicle requirements.
• Assist customers with vehicle selection and explain options, features, and financing.
• Conduct vehicle test drives and ensure safe operation.
• Negotiate sale closure in a professional, ethical manner.
• Assist delivery with clear explanations of vehicle operation, warranty, and servicing.
• Maintain accurate sales documentation and up-to-date knowledge of vehicles and promotions.
• Attend meetings and training, and help educate new staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
