Qualifications

• Excellent communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff.

• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with vehicle selection and promote models, value-adds, and financing options per dealership policies.
• Conduct vehicle test drives and ensure road rules are followed.
• Negotiate sale closures in an ethical, clear manner.
• Facilitate vehicle delivery with clear explanations of operation, warranty, and servicing requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales documentation and up-to-date vehicle knowledge.
