Joe Cooper CDJR of Yukon is actively seeking motivated Automotive Sales Consultants. You will identify customer needs, assist with vehicle selection, and guide clients through test drives, financing, and delivery.

This role emphasizes customer service, relationship building, and a strong work ethic, with opportunities for substantial commission and structured training during onboarding. Experience is not required in automotive sales, but strong communication, coachability, and a customer-focused

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Commissioned sales experience is a plus.
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays as required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs, preferences, and vehicle requirements.
• Assist customers with vehicle selection and financing options.
• Conduct vehicle test drives and explain features and warranties.
• Negotiate sale closure in an ethical, clear manner.
