Asbury Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Sales Advisor to connect with customers online and in-store, guiding them through the buying journey from inquiry to final sale. You will respond to leads, set appointments, conduct test drives, and build lasting relationships while upholding professional standards with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using a CRM database.
• Must be 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug).

Responsibilities

• Respond to online vehicle inquiries via phone and email.
• Take customers through the buying process from initial contact to final sale.
• Build rapport with customers to establish referrals and a customer network.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, conduct test drives, and provide pricing information.
