Qualifications

• Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry or retail.
• Passion for cars and knowledge of automotive products.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Customer-centric approach with a focus on building rapport and trust.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers visiting the dealership.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle models.
• Provide detailed information on vehicle features, benefits, and pricing.
• Conduct vehicle test drives.
• Negotiate purchase terms and finalize sales contracts.
• Process sales documentation accurately.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build loyalty.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Maintain knowledge of current automotive trends and competitor offerings.
