Job summary

Hutch Auto Group is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive dealership revenue and deliver an exceptional customer experience. In this role, you will guide customers through vehicle selection, financing options, and finalize deals with support from the Sales Manager and F&I team.

You will handle inbound leads and outbound outreach, maintain CRM records, and participate in ongoing training while meeting sales targets and delivering high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally in person and via leads.
• Identify customer needs and guide them to suitable vehicles.
• Demonstrate features and coordinate test drives.
• Present pricing, financing options, and trade-ins clearly.
• Negotiate terms with Sales Manager and F&I to close deals.
• Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads and customers.
• Contribute to ongoing training and team meetings.
• Represent Hutch Auto Group professionally in all interactions.
