Qualifications

• Experience as Service Advisor, Service Writer, or in customer service.
• Knowledge of automotive maintenance terminology.
• DMS experience preferred; willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through to auto repair and maintenance process.
• Greet customers, recommend services, explain repair options and costs, offer special promotions.
• Communicate customer concerns and repair progress with technicians and customers.
• Present MPI results and recommend needed maintenance and repairs.
• Prepare estimates and obtain customer authorization.
• Explain repairs, warranty coverage, and maintenance needs clearly.
• Monitor repair progress and provide proactive customer updates.
• Coordinate parts and warranty repairs.
• Review completed work with customers and close repair orders.
