As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will assist customers in finding the perfect vehicle, respond to leads, manage follow-up using CRM, and coordinate showroom visits and test drives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year automotive sales experience in a dealership.
• Strong negotiation and customer-service skills.
• Desire to succeed and build a lasting career.
• Valid California Vehicle Salesperson License or ability to obtain one.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to find the right vehicle and provide an exceptional guest experience.
• Respond to inbound leads via internet, phone, text, and digital channels.
• Manage follow-up and set appointments using CRM, email, phone, and SMS.
• Coordinate showroom visits and test drives.
• Maintain relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Stay knowledgeable on models and features.
