Responsibilities

• Engaging and motivating the team to achieve key goals following Napleton’s processes.
• Driving the business through a high level of involvement in day-to-day operations.
• Managing the negotiation process ensuring customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing.
• Appraising vehicles for trade.
• Assisting in managing controllable expense elements for the New and Used Vehicle Departments.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
