Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our Elmhurst operation located at Elmhurst Acura/KIA. You will lead a sales team to deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving targeted unit sales and profit margins.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven success in retail sales.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Ability to drive an exceptional Customer experience.
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with technology.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
• 18+ years of age.

Responsabilités

• Engaging and motivating the team to achieve key goals following Napleton’s processes.
• Driving the business through a high-level of involvement in the day-to-day operations.
• Managing the negotiation process ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing.
• Appraising vehicles for trade.
• Assisting in managing controllable expense elements for the New and Used Vehicle Departments.
• Other duties as assigned by management
