This role offers a potential pay range of $50,000 to $120,000 per year with incentive pay, plus medical/dental/vision, 401k, vacation, paid training, and vehicle/service discounts. Growth opportunities are strong within a family-owned group.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven success in retail sales.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Ability to drive an exceptional Customer experience.
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organization and follow-up skills.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Engaging and motivating the team to achieve key goals following Napleton's processes.
• Driving the business through a high-level of involvement in the day-to-day operations.
• Managing the negotiation process ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing.
• Appraising vehicles for trade.
• Assisting in managing controllable expense elements for the New and Used Vehicle Departments.
• Other duties as assigned by management
