Elmhurst-Acura-Kia is seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant to join our Elmhurst dealership team. In a fast-paced automotive environment, you will engage customers, present vehicle options, and navigate negotiations to close sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

We offer incentive-based pay with potential yearly earnings from $50,000 to $120,000, plus benefits like medical/dental/vision, 401k, paid vacation, and paid training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven success in retail sales.
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Ability to drive an exceptional customer experience.
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organization and follow-up skills.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Engaging and motivating the team to achieve key goals following Napleton's processes.
• Driving the business through a high-level of involvement in the day-to-day operations.
• Managing the negotiation process ensuring that customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing.
• Appraising vehicles for trade.
• Assisting in managing controllable expense elements for the New and Used Vehicle Departments.
• Other duties as assigned by management

Located at Elmhurst Acura/KIA, the Sales Manager leads a sales team to create an exceptional experience for customers. This role is responsible to achieve targeted unit sales and profit margins while delighting every Customer along the way.
