Job summary

Napleton Elmhurst Acura is hiring an Automotive Parts Counter Sales Associate to be the liaison for customers, promoting parts, labor and accessories in a fast-paced environment at the Elmhurst, IL location. Duties include greeting customers, assessing needs, and processing parts orders.

We offer hourly pay ranging from $22 to $28 based on experience, plus medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k, paid vacation and sick time, paid training, and growth opportunities within the Ed Napleton

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in automotive parts
• Excellent customer service skills
• Automotive knowledge
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to undergo background check
• 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and determine their needs while delivering excellent service
• Process parts purchases and associated paperwork
• Distribute parts to service technicians and manage warranty cores
• Update customers and Service Consultants on parts stocking status
• Maintain parts inventory and keep the department area clean
• Assist with training and certification updates and ensure security of cash and parts
