Responsibilities

• Sell vehicles and meet dealership gross profit, volume and customer satisfaction standards.
• Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives.
• Deliver vehicles and explain operating features, warranty, and paperwork to customers.
• Maintain a prospect development system and follow-up with customers.
• Keep abreast of inventory and communicate benefits to customers.
• Collaborate with service department to ensure reconditioning and schedule adherence.
• Attend sales meetings and training offered by the dealership and manufacturer.
• Plan and review activities to improve time utilization and results.
