Qualifications

• Strong customer service and a positive, professional attitude.
• Comfortable talking with people in person, by phone, text, and email.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented; you like seeing results.
• Dependable, organized, and team-oriented.
• Basic computer and technology skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willing to work Saturdays.
• Sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the lot and in the showroom and make them feel welcome.
• Conduct product demonstrations and test drives.
• Guide customers through the buying process from first handshake to delivery.
• Follow up with prospects and past customers to earn repeat and referral business.
• Use dealership CRM and software to track every customer and every conversation.
• Stay current on new and pre-owned inventory.
• Work closely with the sales, finance, and service teams to deliver a smooth experience.
