Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group, including Nalley Automotive, is seeking a Sales Consultant to respond to online vehicle inquiries by phone and email and to guide customers through the buying process from initial contact to final sale.

The role emphasizes building rapport, maintaining customer relationships, and leveraging CRM tools to follow up and drive repeat business. A valid driver's license and successful pre-employment screenings are required.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive sales or retail experience, customer service, call center, or business development experience a plus.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test).
• Minimum of eighteen years of age.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customers that inquire about a vehicle online using phone and email.
• Take customers through the initial buying process through to final sale.
• Build rapport to establish a network of referrals and repeat business.
• Answer internet leads and provide pricing information.
• Set and confirm appointments and conduct test drives.
• Work with the customer from start to finish throughout the buying process.
