Asbury Automotive Group in Union City, GA is seeking a Sales Consultant to respond to online vehicle inquiries and guide customers from initial contact through the final sale at our dealership. You will build rapport, qualify needs, and deliver pricing information with professionalism and enthusiasm.

You will work with customers in person and by phone or e-mail, schedule test drives, and use our CRM to maintain relationships and follow up for referrals and repeat business.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive sales or retail experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test).

Responsabilités

• Respond to online vehicle inquiries via phone and email.
• Build rapport with customers to establish a referral network.
• Answer internet leads and provide pricing information.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds.
• Work with customers through the buying process from start to finish.
• Maintain and utilize a CRM to manage customer relationships.
