Asbury is seeking a Sales Consultant to engage customers who inquire about vehicles online, via phone and email, and to guide them through the initial steps to final sale. The role emphasizes building rapport, following up on leads, and coordinating in-store visits to close deals.

Ideal candidates communicate effectively, utilize CRM systems, and maintain a professional image while working in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales or retail is a plus.
• Must be 18+ years of age with a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background & drug test).

Responsabilités

• Respond to customers inquiring about vehicles online via phone and email.
• Build rapport with customers to establish a network of referrals.
• Answer internet leads and provide pricing information in-store as required.
• Answer sales calls and set appointments for customers.
• Confirm appointments and follow up with customers post-visit.
• Guide customers through the buying process from start to finish.
• Maintain professional attire and appearance and pass pre-employment screenings.
