Ocean Mazda Doral is hiring an Automotive Sales Consultant in Doral, FL. The role focuses on greeting customers, identifying needs, and presenting Mazda vehicles with in-depth product knowledge. You will manage follow-ups, build relationships, and drive sales through a consultative process.

The position requires strong communication, a team mindset, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Prior automotive sales is preferred but not required; bilingual English/Spanish is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to learn vehicle features, technology, and dealership processes.
• Flexible dealership schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers promptly and professionally.
• Build rapport and identify vehicle needs, preferences, lifestyle, and budget.
• Provide a consultative, customer-focused vehicle purchasing experience.
• Maintain knowledge of Mazda vehicles, trims, features, incentives, and inventory.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and demonstrations; accompany test drives.
