Litia & Driveway is not applicable; here we describe a dealership position. L0502 Suburban Ford of Romeo is seeking a Sales Consultant to greet customers, demonstrate vehicles, and build relationships promoting the dealership’s products and promotions.

You will develop new business, capture customer details in CRM, schedule appointments, and guide buyers through the write-up and delivery process while maintaining a professional showroom and lot appearance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly and professional manner.
• Provide professional product presentations to all customers.
• Offer and accompany customers on vehicle demonstration ride(s).
• Develop and prospect new business continuously.
• Gather customer contact and interest information and enter in the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain relationships using the Salesperson Daily Work Plan.
• Schedule customer appointments daily.
• Assist customers during write up to ensure a non-confrontational experience.
• Build and maintain knowledge of product information, pricing and promotions.
• Attend and participate in daily sales and training meetings.
• Practice skills daily including customer service and product knowledge.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness of lot and showroom.
• Present and deliver vehicle following the delivery process.
• Introduce customers to Service after the sale.
• Obtain required licensing as per state policy.
• Train assigned salesperson for 60 days on store processes.
• Assist sales reps with daily customer contact activities and CRM updates.
• Communicate with program coordinator and submit monthly activity.
• Attend mentor trainings and support trainees.
