Job summary

Victory Automotive Group in Marietta, OH is seeking an Automotive Sales Consultant to guide customers through new and used vehicle options, explain features and financing, and build lasting relationships that drive repeat business. You will present vehicles in an informative, friendly manner, meet goals with minimal supervision, and participate in training sessions to stay current with models and promotions.

Previous sales experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record.
• Sales experience in any industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with vehicle selection and explain model options, financing, and warranty terms.
• Conduct test drives and ensure all road rules are followed.
• Explain vehicle operation and servicing requirements, and maintain sales documentation.
• Negotiate sale closures in a clear, ethical manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicles, options, promotions, and financing.
• Participate in staff meetings, training, and development activities.
