You will greet customers, present features and pricing, arrange test drives, negotiate deals, and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth transactions. Competitive commissions, benefits, and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for providing excellent service.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus).
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, identifying their needs and preferences.
• Provide information on available vehicles, including features, benefits, and pricing.
• Assist customers in test driving vehicles, ensuring they are comfortable and confident.
• Negotiate and close deals, ensuring both customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our inventory, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
• Follow up with leads and potential customers through calls, emails, and other channels.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth transactions and high levels of customer satisfaction.
