Qualifications

• Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent listening skills and customer focus.
• Must have valid driver's license for 1 year and clean record.
• English/Spanish bilingualism is a plus.
• Sales experience preferred but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and pair with vehicle.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
• Guide customers through the purchase in a negotiation-free environment.
• Schedule follow-ups and maintain CRM notes.
• Complete purchase documents and financing options.
