Job summary

AutoNation in Texas is seeking an Experienced Sales Associate to help customers select and purchase new or used vehicles in a no-haggle environment. You’ll engage with hundreds of customers, explain options, and guide them toward a purchase while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Excellent communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• The willingness to follow up with customers.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers in selecting and purchasing new or used vehicles in our no-haggle environment.
• Explain vehicle options, negotiate terms, and close the deal while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and smooth transition to the Service department.
