Sam Leman Chevrolet Cadillac of Champaign is hiring an Automotive Sales Consultant to join our Champaign showroom. Earn between $60,000 and $150,000+ in first-year earnings with guaranteed income during training and sign-on bonuses.

No automotive experience required—hands-on training and mentorship are provided. You'll help customers find the right vehicle, demonstrate features, and guide them through the purchase and delivery process across Chevrolet and Cadillac products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Help customers find the right vehicle for their needs, lifestyle, and budget.
• Build relationships and provide an exceptional buying experience.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives.
• Learn Chevrolet and Cadillac products, technology, and available inventory.
• Guide customers through the vehicle purchase and delivery process.
• Maintain customer follow-up to generate repeat and referral business.
• Work with dealership leadership and other departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing product and sales training.
