Job summary

Titus-Will Automotive Group is seeking energetic sales consultants to join our Olympia Chevrolet GMC team. You will nurture relationships, assist customers in selecting vehicles, and build product knowledge to become the authority on our latest models and technologies.

We offer 25-40% commission on vehicle gross profit or Washington state minimum wage if commissions fall short, plus Medical/Dental/Vision, 401-K, 1.0 PTO hours per 40 hours, 5 paid holidays, and direct deposit.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience and/or at least 1 year of customer-facing customer service experience.
• Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Clean driving record and valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life.
• Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
• Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business.
• Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring your A game and a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
